Technical Amendments to Mineral Extraction Site Reclamation Ordinance

Sponsored by Supervisors Anderson, Cornwell and Salkin

Synopsis:  Makes a series of editorial changes to correct mistakes in the final draft of the reclamation ordinance.  These appear to have no substantive effect.

Recommendation:  DCTA supports the ordinance.  This ordinance is not subject to a town veto.
