The goals of this committee are:

1.      To recommend improvements in Town finance, personnel and program operations; to coordinate with Town treasurers, assessors and clerks, and County Personnel, Finance and Executive committees throughout the county

2.      To inform and educate town officers and staff of statutory procedures for administering town government as well as practical guides for obtaining desired objectives.

We propose to reach these goals through Workshops, Web site and DCTA Newsletter.
