| In order to improve the
DCTA's ability to monitor issues affecting towns and more effectively
influence events, the Executive Board has suggested that the Association
create a structure of steering committees to involve more town officials in
following issues at a greater level of detail. The Steering Committees
would cover the following areas: |

Economic
Development
Legislation
Administration
Public Safety |

| Webpages have been created for each of these
steering committees, and will eventually contain record of their activities. |
